9/11 Cafe & Concept Store

this is always my go to place to study/work on my laptop. coffee is always consistent, place is always cold which i really love. great staff as well

We arrived at 1 o’clock right before the breakfast menu is cut off. However, the waitress did not get to our table until 20 minutes later I don’t understand why it took so long for them to come over to our table because we were sitting to the service area Which is at the cashier desk. We were in plain sight anyway, the manager was exceptionally accommodating and I was allowed to order an avocado and toast. I forgot they put mayonnaise on top of the avocado mash so I would suggest if you don’t like mayonnaise to ask them not to add it. I also had a salad, which was good, the only thing that bothers me is that they were tables around us who were working on their laptops and just ordering infused water. I thought that was a bit unsettling and unfair of the customer to be allowed to use this restaurant as an office space. However, the management has no problem with it. It has good parking for Car and Motor Bike but it is not handicap accessible. I’ve eaten here twice and I did enjoy my meal. I did have to call the manager on my first time I went there because there was a piece of glass in my salad. They were very concerned and they came back to me 20 minutes later and told me that a container put into corner edge on the bottom it cracked, and that it was not glass but plastic I thought that was very professional that they took the time to investigate wouldn’t happen. So Wait Staff is just OK but the management is excellent.

Nice ambience for working. Cakes are amazing (I tried Lemon meringue cake and vanilla choux). I can order cappucino with oatmilk.

I was staying nearby this cafe and visited regularly for working from this place, wifi is good, ambience and space is great, food and coffee is great as well, my favourites are grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and chicken berempah and affogato.

It’s good place to hangout with friends, modern design, nice ambience, friendly staff and pretty fast wifi.

Lovely place! Perfect for doing some work with the computer (outlets even in the terrace + good wifi connection). The sunset lights were amazing. The waiter, Egt, was lovely.

Been coming here everytime I'm in Bali, since 2018.

One of my favorite cafe in Denpasar area because I think this is the only place around Teuku Umar that opened early at 9AM 😅. Also, loved coming here during the morning because it's not crowded.
