Aromas Café & Bistro

The staff at Aromas is extremely rude and not trained properly. The manager mentions a different policy rule and the staff follows a different policy rule - leading the customer to suffer. There is a constant power outage in the Juhu cafe. When raised the issue to the waiter, a rude response follows. It goes to show how poorly trained the staff is. I even overheard him saying to a female customer who asked "when will the food be ready?" The waiter replies in a very harsh tone, "abhi machine mein daala hai, khaana banne ko to time lagta hai" There's a saying that goes 'Apple doesn't fall off far from the tree.' When a manager is ill-behaved at such an establishment, obviously the staff will follow the same habit. Adding more, the service was quite poor too. Kept asking the staff to bring some water (2nd time) but as usual, the request was not fulfilled.

Further pointing out that I have experienced a similar kind of rudeness from the manager with the Oshiwara branch. I would suggest people to avoid these Aromas branches and head on to some better establishments who know how to treat the customers right. Even though all off these Aroma outlets are tagged under "work Friendly Places".. they're the EXACT opposite. More like a nightmare? Avoid guys, you'd rather work from home than work from here.
Thank you NOT, for always acting difficult with your customers, hopefully, you guys change your managers or train them better, otherwise the normal footfall of 50% will change to 5% in all your outlets (If they are the same too).

Good setup for work from cafe - had earl grey tea - good as always
