Impala Coffee

Cosy Retrocafé. Ich liebe einfach die Atmosphäre. Getränke und Kuchen sind excellent. Die gesamten Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Es kann zu gewissen Zeiten auch sehr voll sein, also sollte man da mit Wartezeit rechnen. Zum arbeiten ist es aber eher weniger geeignet, aber zum einfachen verweilen. Hier wird auch laute Musik abgespielt und es gibt keine steckdosen.

Ich komme hier ab und zu her und kann das jedem empfehlen der ein gemütliches Café sucht.

Für viele mag das keine Rolle spielen, aber dass es gar kein wifi gibt ist für mich heutzutage ein Ausschlusskriterium. Ansonsten ein ganz nettes Café mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern.

I picked this place cause it seemed like the generic cafe to do work. But they had no wifi! Ordered a cookie that was sugary and tasteless. Wouldn’t recommend :/

Cozy cafe on the corner where you can sit and enjoy a coffee and bagel. The service is friendly and the cappuccino is fantastic. There's lots of seating, but sadly no free wifi. I also got a poppy seed bagel and it was delicious.

My girlfriend experienced the worst service she ever had. She got lost near this coffee shop and asked everywhere for wifi to contact me, because she was scared, tired and lost. She asked barista about wifi, the girl (female readed person) told her it’s possible so my girlfriend ordered a coffee. When another barista started to make it she asked for the password and got a very unpleasant answer, suddenly there is no wifi opportunity. After some questions how she have got a wrong info just a minute ago she had got respectless answers, baristas laught at her and started to talk German while OBVIOUSLY she doesn’t understand it (and it’s horribly disrespectful). She was asked “oh you don’t want your cappuccino?” And got no apology AT ALL. When she started to cry (because sorry she is lost in a new city/country) barista just left very annoyed. However she even left a Tipp. I would rather call the manager.
Der letzte Ort wo mensch in Pberg hingehen sollte. Pberg ist für korrektes Behandeln der Kund:innen bekannt und so ein service ist einfach peinlich. Würde am liebsten kein Stern hinterlassen wenn es überhaupt geht.

Not laptop friendly, no wifi, no place to charge a laptop

Best coffee in this part of Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg). Try the nearly perfect cappuccino!
I also like the New York Cheese Cake and the bagels. They have no wifi. unfortunately.

Bester Kaffee am Prenzlauer Berg mit großer Auswahl an Kuchen und auch Herzhaftem. Probiert die Birnentarte oder den New York Cheese Cake. Gute (belegte) Bagels. Pluspunkt: Freundliche Bedienung.
Auch viel Platz draußen an der leider ziemlich befahrenen Schönhauser Allee.
(Nur leider kein wlan.)

Good coffee. Nice atmosphere to read a book, work a bit, or meet a friend.
