Great coffee place, but there is no wifi, except a free and slow telus public one, with a time limit

Ambience was great, as was the sandwich I had. Took a bit to get a seat but it seemed more to my bad timing on arrival. Mix of a coffee shop and restaurant as a number of patrons sat way past finishing their meal or coffee to work or read.
I am a regular here for multiple reasons. First the staff is amazing and always accommodating to my BILLION food sensitivities.
The lighting, place and entire ambiance is amazing. Food is soo wholesome and affordable.
