Leider keinen schwarzen Tee mehr sonst hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben. Alles gut da und kostenloses wlan funktioniert auch super.

Mein Lieblingscafé in Bochum, tolles Ambiente, guter Kaffee leckerer Kuchen. ABER: Der Service ist unendlich langsam. Das fällt insbesondere an Samstagen auf, wenn das Café um 12:00 öffnet. Die (studentischen?) Aushilfskräfte sind oft mit der sich bildenden längeren Schlange überfordert. Heute wurden die Gäste am Ende der Schlange sogar gebeten, erst einmal eine Runde spazieren zu gehen und dann wiederzukommen. Lösungsvorschläge: Samstags um 11:00 aufmachen (zu der Zeit kommen sicherlich schon viele Gäste); mehr Leute einstellen; den Leuten, die dort arbeiten, erklären, wie man Arbeitsschritte effizienter und dadurch schneller bewältigt.
Na gut, für die nette Reaktion gibt's jetzt ein Sternchen mehr... ;-)
