Nice and quiet spot to do some computer work, while having a delicious fresh cup of coffee ☕
Cute place with great coffee plenty of tables to study or work
Great place to go get some work done. Reminds me of somewhere I would go to study when I was in college. Friendly staff that was helpful in making menu decisions.
Just finished up a workout and came to have breakfast. And look at the beauty of the avocado on this breakfast plate. This is just a coffee shop, but the guy works in the kitchen, Daniel, took the time to care, the passion, the interest to do this. it is such a pleasure when people enter into life passionately, whether the micro or macro. BOOMTOWN on 19th❤️
Great place for coffee or a bite to eat. Great for working remote too. I recommend this place to my colleagues all the time. Comfortable/free wifi.
My favorite new spot! Just wanted to say keep up the great work
Good coffee. Expensive. Atrocious wifi, the last 4 times I’ve been the internet drops every 10 minutes and struggles to load Google docs and emails.
Came in and it was packed. They have great coffee and a very kind staff. Be aware - wifi wasn't great for me, but that could have just been temporary. It made it a little hard to get a ton of work done, but I enjoyed my experience nonetheless. A Houston favorite!
I came here to finish some work/study.
The noise from chairs sliding was driving me crazy. It’s so loud and annoying to the ears. Couldn’t go few minutes without hearing it again. I literally regretted trying this place just because of that. Can’t you just lift the chair instead of sliding? Or install some pads down the legs?
Coffee was good but I wouldn’t recommend a dine-in.
As a weekly customer, I love the coffee and the atmosphere for getting work done. While I recommend the location, I would caution that the customer service can be hit or miss.
I go to cafes to enjoy a good coffee in a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, this place comes short on the atmosphere and vibe. From outside already, the place doesn’t look neat nor organized. Tables and chairs are chaotic, very old and dirty looking. Almost “sticky”. Inside space doesn’t have a lot of light (because only 2 front windows for the whole room) - making it feel a bit depressing. The lack of proper AC makes it also very humid inside. Not a good place to work or study
Great people and atmosphere, but the wifi never really works for me here
If you’re here for the coffee and friendly, semi-boisterous atmosphere: 4.5/5
If you’re here to work, or for a more “peaceful” classic café experience: 1/5
Great place to grab a coffee (not tea— coffee), have a nice pastry, chat with a friend for 20-30 mins and leave. The music is not traditional, calming coffee shop music, it’s a bit loud and more indie/rock. Also, their wifi is not dependable, so don’t plan to get any work done. So has more of an indie coffee shop vibe than a comforting, heads-down café vibe. But if that’s what you’re going for, you’ll love it! Unfortunately I was here for a more classic café experience, hence my rating, but will still definitely be coming back when I want a different experience :)
