Wide offer, fresh and tasty food. Unfortunately not all staff are every time excellent. Somebody should be staying home if doesn’t like to work. We visited this place 3 times.

this place is very close to my home i often sit here and do my work. i have tried almost everything here but my all time favourite treat to myself is red velvet. breka never disappoints.

Nice place ,yummy desserts and coffee ,just too many people with laptops sitting and you can't find space to sit , they take tables for 2 or 4 and sitting there hours ,Breka is not a right place for that .it's a super busy bakery with customers who sit there to have a short chit chat .so tables should not get occupied for hours by someone who wants work there. Not a right place for work they better find a quiet and less busy place .

They have tasty bakery that you can enjoy day and night. It's a delicious place to work or hangout. And the best thing is that it's open 24/7, so whether it's breakfast, lunch or late night snack, you can enjoy it.

I love Brekka. However, our experience at the BUTE Location was horrible.

I ordered the cake and the lady was helpful enough.
I asked her if she can do a dedication note, she had to ask the manager and they did a cute job.

As for my coffee order, this is where everything went downhill.
I asked for a dairy-free Caramel Macchiato for my boyfriend and a Decaf Cappuccino for myself.
The cashier said they don’t have dairy-free options.
I was stunned, we normally order this in other branch. So I clarified, if they have any lactose-free, to which she insisted they do not have.
I figured I have to say one by one just to give it a shot. I said how about Almond Milk, Oat, Soya ?!?
😳😕 To that she said they have.

I’m pretty patient and I’m an immigrant myself perhaps, she is still learning English and terminologies. However, if you are working in a cafe like Brekka considering how the traffic goes every single day, I’m betting that we aren’t the only ones who asked for dairy-free, she should have the basic knowledge of their products and the alternatives that they offer. She works in the front line, the face of Brekka that time.

So when I got the order, they made the macchiato but paired with Hot Chocolate.
I checked my receipt. I was charged with 3 drinks.
So I have to wait and cut in line to go to the cashier and raise my concern. That time, I asked for her manager to rectify the situation.
I always tipped. That time, I wanted to take it back but let it go instead. She’s not the only one that benefits it, it’s a whole team. I work in the industry too so I can relate.

However, not most people will be understanding.
So please train your staff properly. Every single one of the staff affects the entire impression of the place and the service.
We took a sip, snap a photo and left.
Wanted some air after that inconvenience.

To make it worse, they forgot to make my Hot Cho

EDIT : sorry for the confusion, it was at BUTE location.

Too crowded
Their desert is perfect and their coffee is awesome 👌
There is no Plugs to charge your laptop which is too bad

I love your pastries, bread and cakes BUT there is shortage of tables and chairs always. WHY? Because there are people with laptops studying in your cafe for hours and hours, some even without food/beverage order, leaving clients without tables. Can you guys do something about this? Like giving time limit in staying inside the cafe? Thanks!

Big selection of pastry.. used to be better. But not sure why people go there to work. wifi is super super slow

K H14.02.2025

The sandwiches are overpriced and super dinky. It’s much more worth it to make your own. Coffee was decent. Lots of seating but limited outlets. I wouldn’t come here to do work on the laptop.
