Try the Horlicks latte, the wifi isn't great, but good work environment
Matcha mochi $4: very non-sweet which I like. Matcha flavor could be a bit stronger tho.
Spam & Egg milk bun: 👍
Friendly staff.
Small and cozy atmosphere. Lots of ppl doing work 💻
Enjoyed their flat white! Cute place. Lots of people on their laptops so not too many seats tbh
This coffee shop is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and get some work done. Don't miss their incredible chocolate chip cookies!🍪
so cute inside but came in with friends on a sunday afternoon and every single table was taken by someone with a laptop. you probably should not allow laptops on weekends. we didn’t stay.
edit: i don’t have the privilege of weekends off because i’m a mother to a 4 month old, and my husband is doing his phd. not sure what privilege and personal work situations have to do with seating. unfortunately, it’s very hard to enforce timed limits. nobody pays attention to that. it would just make more sense to limit weekends to no laptops.
Too freakin small for so many people, so crowded and everybody is elbowing each other, you can’t focus on anything if you want to read or work in here. Also, everything is overpriced and especially the latte tastes disgusting. The wifi is also offline and probably will never be back. Overall just the most terrible experience ever at a cafe.
don't you love it when a good cafe opens up? well, get on up and get going to this absolutely wonderful cafe on baldwin street! the vibes are immaculate and there are tons of seating. I really appreciate the making of a good interior space and this place definitely has it all - good drinks, friendly baristas, jazzy music, and fantastic FOOD. a must try is the milk buns - i would go back just to try each and every one of the baked goods. their matcha was fluffy and airy while still packing a punch which speaks to their level for detail. a highly recommend and can't wait until they open every single day and not just on the weekends.
on a side note, the wifi wasn't really working for me or the passwords that were given to me, but this didn't detract from 10/10 experience.
Want a peaceful cute cafe in midst of downtown ,head over to this hidden gem - Butter and Blue cafe.
Good for people interested in working from a cafe.
Also a great patio for warmer days 👍😊
