Kuchen und vor allem der Marzipan-Kaffee sind ein absolutes Muss für jeden Gast! Café stilvoll im Corporate Design eingerichtet. Preise absolut akzeptabel bis gut. Nachholbedarf besteht allerdings im Service: unsere Servicekraft war mit der Arbeit absolut überfordert, was sich auch auf die Gäste ausgestrahlt hat. Es gab dadurch zum Beispiel auch Missverständnisse, ob der Kuchen nun an der Theke bestellt werden muss oder bei ihr. Dadurch ist bei uns ein Stück zu viel angekommen, was wir auch bezahlen mussten. Was ich jedoch wiederum gut fand war, dass sie sich am Ende bei uns für die Umstände entschuldigt hat. Man hat gemerkt, dass sie es überhaupt nicht böse gemeint hat. Vielleicht Feedback an die Café-Leitung: Personal besser schulen oder ggf mehr einsetzen.
