Es war sehr voll und wir waren froh noch einen Platz zu zweit bekommen zu haben. Nachdem wir einem Tisch zugewiesen wurden, kam die Bedingung mindestens 20 Minuten nicht zu uns und hat lieber Tische abgeräumt. Als wir endlich unsere Getränke bestellt haben, wurde es uns nach weiteren 45 min und 2x nachfragen zu bunt..ich bin vor an die Bar und habe Bescheid gesagt, dass wir nun gehen, falls die Getränke zwischenzeitlich nicht schon gemacht wurden. Der Barkeeper wusste von keinen bestellten Getränken an unserem Tisch.
Ich arbeite selbst im Service und habe für Vieles Verständnis. Gerade auch an vollen Abenden, aber das war einfach nur unprofessionell und die Bedienungen waren maßlos überfordert, gestresst und unfreundlich. Zum Glück haben wir uns danach in einer anderen Location deutlich besser aufgehoben gefühlt, die ähnlich gut besucht war ;)
Erstmal dauerte es 20 min bis wir bedient wurden. Wir wurden die ganze zeit ignoriert. Am Abend ist die Musik extrem laut, man denkt man ist in einem Club. Die Kellnerin die uns bediente war extrem unfreundlich und schlecht drauf. Man hat es ihr einfach angesehen dass sie kein bock hat. Ganze zeit zieht sie ein komisches Gesicht und nimmt die Bestellung total genervt auf. Durch die laute Musik konnte man sich sowieso kaum verstehen. Dann kommen statt Pommes einfach andere Kartoffeln und es hieß Pommes sind aus. Da fragt man erst mal ob das erwünscht ist. Das sowas dort arbeiten darf ist der Hammer. Dann geh ich lieber zum Extrablatt am Markt. Da ist die Bedienung wenigstens freundlich. Nie wieder!
Very popular place during their early afternoon special pricing. Food is nothing special, but won’t leave you hungry. Free wifi. Staff was helpful but just too busy to provide a personal touch.
