Right by Southern Hills Hospital right off Sunset. It is a great little breakfast and lunch spot with savory crepes, sweet crepes, sandwiches, coffees and teas. They have accessible wifi if you want to work remotely. There is a couple tables outside for outdoor seating if you come with your pup. I usually get the savory prosciutto crepe with a matcha latte and both are excellent. The staff is always nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend.
