Frozen in time. Great place to work, grab coffee.. good hot chocolate.
Staff is welcoming.!
Just an FYI this place does not have wifi. They'll say they do and show you a password but password doesn't work/ there must be a different password for it (they say its a problem with the internet but wifi connectivity issues should be different from a password issue, l believe).
Good ambience. I enjoyed the cider Abe cake. … they hide their wifi info, and the customer service is ok at best.
Satisfied a massive sweet tooth after touring the neighborhood. Got an affogato (they're generous on the ice cream) and delicious sacripantina cake slice. Good spot to work with wifi & some outlets in a few spots.
If I could rate it above 5 stars, this cafe would definitely deserve it.
I've lost count of how many times I've been to this cafe. It was my favorite place when I lived in SF. Even though I don't use cash, this cafe is cash-only, so I always made sure to have cash on hand to come here.
The staff are all very friendly, making this cafe a really comfortable place to be. It gets busy during the day on weekends, but it's usually quiet in the evenings. They offer Wi-Fi and have power outlets, so it's great for people who want to work or study. Many people were also reading books.
I used to work on laptop or study here until 11 pm. The area around is lively, so it felt safe even at night. I wish I could come across a cafe like this again...
Cozy, chill atmosphere. Has wifi and bathroom. Ask the people at the front counter for the wifi password.
Caffe Greco is a great place to eat and have a drink, and there is a lot of places to sit to do work on a computer or cellphone, but that's as far as it goes. There are no outlets to plug in a charger for a computer or cellphone, so if you want to do some work for a significant portion of the day, then you're out of luck. In addition, it's cash only, so make sure you have a substantial amount of cash on hand for you to spend as the cashier equipment is not up to date with how you can pay in other places. The wifi password is also reset everyday, so you have to ask for it when your turn is up to order something. In the end, if you want a place to work and enjoy some grub and drink, then Caffe Greco is sort of in the middle, because it is a great place to eat, drink, and socialize, but not do work until your battery runs low.
Large cafe/brunch joint in the heart of Little Italy. Offers a variety of coffee, drinks and paninis. Fast free wifi, cash only. Their grilled cheese chicken panini was decent, nothing particular.
