I've been here a couple of times now and 5 stars is not enough! The cold brew is fantastic and the sausage pastries are unbelievably flaky. The scones should not be this moist, they are insanely delicious. I've been watching the owner Brian and his staff knock out wave after wave of guests with a smile and efficiency like they've been doing this for years. From where I was sitting today I could see Brian's wife making the pastries in the back of the house. Now, I run a restaurant so I know something about speed vs quality. She takes her time making these pastries, doing them right and it shines through in the flavor, texture and presentation. She may be the secret weapon of Cambrian Coffee! Spring Branch has needed a place like this for a very long time and I can safely say this place rocks it! Keep up the good work!
THE BEST COFFEE SHOP IN HOUSTON. If you live near, this is the neighborhood coffee shop you always dreamed about. If you don’t live near, you should make the trip. Staff are genuinely great people, coffee and food is delicious 100%, and they are active supporters of the community and give back to some amazing causes. The large windows provide so much natural light. And the decor is clean, modern, and DINOSAURS! Great place to work, meet a group or friend, or to study. And there’s an Instagram worthy opportunity on the side of their building. Gosh I love this place!
