Ambiance is perfect for work from home
Good coffee. Nice place to work from.
A beautiful place to spend quality time for work and for leisure. The food is on point. Service strain due to covid is quite evident since I have seen their previous levels.
Love this place for years now.. Me, my laptop and my books are always find of this place and it's aesthetic layout. Just try it when you want a place to work with peace of mind
It's a cafe but they won't give you a wifi password if you want to work
The vibe is good! But it’s overpriced. I didn’t enjoy the service . The service staffs weren’t very welcoming! They weren’t giving wifi and they kept asking to me if i want to order more food quite a lot of times , while they knew i was working! So I don’t recommend
Aesthetic and vibes are all there. Also smelly glasses and 50rs per hour wifi.
I visited Chamiers on my cousin's recommendation. While the location is beautiful, the experience was marred by substandard service and poor coffee. The cappuccino was disappointing, and even an extra espresso couldn't improve it. Although I've heard the food is reasonable, I wouldn't recommend the coffee.
As a tourist, I requested wifi access but was rudely denied. It's understandable if wifi isn't provided, but being told the servers were down while credit card machines worked perfectly was frustrating. Additionally, the menu mentions wifi is available for Rs.50 per hour, which the manager failed to mention. Such transparency would have been appreciated as I needed it for work.
Just a suggestion, during slow hours, like today afternoon at 3:30pm, when there are hardly 4-5 tables, if you share your Wi-Fi access with the customers, you may just get more sales. Charge for the wifi, but also tell customers you’re willing to share it with them. Because people sitting at a cafe with a computer to work, may order some food or drinks instead of just coming and working there (which I understand is a situation you would want to avoid), but it’s something you could consider during the slow hours. (You can keep these hours limited to ensure that people interested in working are not hoarding your tables, or put a minimum spend for tables that like to come in and work at your cafe). I’m sure extra sales are always appreciated in the F&B industry. 🫢🙄
Came highly recommended but unfortunately, no wifi & no AC in my section today. Suggest you call ahead to enquire before planning to work remotely from there.
