Nice atmosphere for workbench and laptop based task while u can sip coffee, juice or have snacks. Sometimes my wife joins in.
Very courteous staff.
Spaces cleaned and maintained every couple of hours.
Main features:
Secure place for all ages | Coffee shop | workbenches with laptop sockets and USB ports | Free wifi | AC environment |Nice ambience & lighting | Standby Generator | Washroom| Nearby Mosque| Located on main road.
300 Rupees minimum charge each person per day, including any coffee or snacks u can buy within this price and u get your dedicated space/ bench for extended hours.
Weakness:
Always play soft low volume background music which distracts some students studying on laptops.
Ideal for:
Those who need sharp, focused academic or professional effort in short time.
Girls who work/study independently or collaboratively in groups.
Students with laptops.
Its not for those:
Looking for private dating spot.
Cyber cafes for indecent activities.
It is not a restaurant for food & chit chat.
Note: They don't provide their laptops. U have to bring yours.
I need a power supply to charge my laptop to complete some task. Fortunately I found Coffe Waghera where not only work station type arrangements were available but also with peaceful environment. I completed my task without any trouble
using their wifi and power supply with a good coffee.
Best part is we can enjoy coffee while playing board games or working on laptop
Had been a regular for over 3 years. Was quite satisfied with their services. The franchise owners and staff are pretty welcoming across all branches. Recently though the staff at this branch decided they were gonna take away my belongings from an already occupied and paid for work bench while I was away for prayers. They gave away the work bench to another customer who had walked in after me and removed my laptop and other things without any consultation. Upon returning I had to collect everything from the staff and upon inquiring I was told that they were ordered by their founder to do so. Questionable way of attracting new customers and increasing revenue by getting rid of the old ones.
Good place to sit and work
Its A cozy place to eat and they also offer shared work station
A great place for coffee and food, and loved the work bench idea of the cafe
Good place and good experience.
Enjoyed a lot work with taste
Best place if you need a peaceful space for study and work.
It's a nice and ambitious place offering free wifi to customers ;
Their wifi facility is up to the mark
Latte with Irish flavour is heaven...
It's cozy but shows signs of wear & tear. Only the coffee & the wifi are worthy of praise. The rest is nomial. The staff is friendly though.
Super friendly staff, amazing ambiance, delicious desserts and drinks, great structure. Especially for students to have change of scenery and yet be able to work on the study material on top of that free high speed wifi and vast operating hours. Make this a mist visit for students and adults for a change of pace and catch up on life.
Good place to have coffee. Free wifi and water along with proper work stations with a spend of PKR 500+Tax
Coffee Wagera is a local coffee chain situated in many areas of Karachi including DHA, Bahadurabad and Gulshan.
It serves all types of coffees - Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, etc along with sides.
It is based on a unique concept where one can spend the whole day by just spending PKR 500 exclusive of GST.
Once you've spent the required threshold amount, you'll be entitled to free water, wifi, and a working desk.
This idea is very unique which helps students, freelancers and others to have working space in just 500 for the whole day
You can complete your assignment on your laptop, complete some freelance tasks, and attend virtual classes without any disturbance.
Beautiful working Environment and love the simple and sleek ambiance
Amazing place to get your work done in minimal price
Overall average coffee, sometimes very good and sometimes bad. Inconsistent. But a good space to work/study.
A great place if you don't want to work from home. Spend a minimum of Rs 350 plus GST and you can spend up to 9 hours here and work, they provide you with free wifi and free water. The premises is maintained and clean. The toilet was clean whenever I had to use it. The interior is well designed and they have a purpose built work bench for single person.
The staff is very welcoming and happy people to meet.
Highly recommended, a great value for money.
Great place, great environment to work, very co operative staff
Would recommend 10/10
The environment felt like we were in an authoritarian school.
The way waiters welcomed was so unnatural that it was clear they're told to greet every visitor by their boss.
When we asked for the wifi password, they said it'll be given with the recipe and that it's a politicy... Are you kidding me?
The manu had "minimum spending: Rs. 300" written on it. Not sure how to interpret that.
They had a rack with some jugs and stuff that they sell and there was "do not touch" written there. I mean are you effing serious?
I was sitting besides my girlfriend and the waiter told me to sit appart because this is a "family place even though there were no families.
Worst experience ever.
few months ago ... me and my friend went to this place, we were both males so staff and waiters didnt bother to welcome us. Their behaviour with us was not so warm. We saw them welcome loudly to other customers if they were families or with girls. first of all ... the way they welcome looks artificial, made up and rather ... rhetoric. Staff discriminated against us because we were two males in simple clothes ... seriously ?
if you want to use wifi ... you must place order above a certain amount. You cant sit here ... you cant sit there ... if You have laptop sit there ... what the hell .... so many rules ?
anyways .... I am not gonna visit this place again. Owner must know that you are in a very competitive market ... make your business rules friendly to customers ... do not ask staff to discriminate based on gender. Shame !!!!!
There are many other negative points that I can write ... But I believe I have already spent so much of my precious time on reviewing a business that doesnt show much respect to paying customers.
A good place to sit
But the food was 2/5
Quite pricey and no value for money
Good only for people who want to use wifi and need a place to work online.
Both cold and hot mocha tasted really good. work space is nice, but the wifi was too weak to make any calls. There's also music which makes it harder to focus while working, maybe only have that in the evening or at a faint volume as an unintrusive background sound. Like CW, every restaurant should have free water for paying customers (at least) instead of profiteering off of it. Will definitely try out more at CW in future.
They provide delicious coffee with free wifi and free water.
