Had a chai latte which was good. Also a good place to work from as I could see many people with their laptops

Decent coffee shop to work from. Lots of people working on laptops, reasonably priced drinks. Not super cosy, a bit of an industrial chic vibe, but big enough that you don't feel on show.

Very tasty fresh food, good coffee s d home made drinks. wifi and sockets , you can work there. The music is a bit too loud though. Friendly staff

Average coffee and food considering the price. Rubbish flaky wifi.

Update
Very unprofessional reply to my review as you can see. "We don't like your review so it's fake" Grow up will you. Doesn't change the fact that the coffee and food are average considering the prices charged and the wifi flaky and definitely not "ultrafast". My old dial up connection was faster.

Hands down the best coffee and cakes within the inner city. Very spatious and super friendly staff. BUT... [wifi complaint here, since removed as apparently it’s fixed!!!]

Edit: Thanks for the response. So glad to hear you have this in hand, I have upped my review to 5 stars on good faith :)

An independent coffee shop with plenty of space for laptops. The coffee is excellent. They serve toast and jam, and also have filled croissants, ciabatta and rolls. All dine-in orders are brought to your table. They do takeaway too. There is artwork on display and an event space to the side.

Very cool coffee shop. Was looking for a place to get some coffee and food while I worked on my laptop for a few hours. This is a great spot for it-- cool space, great coffee, and friendly staff.

Really good coffee and a fantastic doughnut! If you're into good espresso check this place out. Decent wifi and loads of space.

I am a local and wanted to try this place out for the first time. Came in for lunch on a weekday with my work laptop with me, however was asked to move twice as if you have a laptop you can not sit in certain areas. This was poorly signposted. Staff were unfriendly and the second time I was asked to move I was mid way through my sandwich & coffee, she didn’t offer to help me move and I felt very uncomfortable/unwelcome. Apart from that the sandwich was nice but coffee was Luke warm. I was meant to meet two friends there but I left early to go round the corner to a coffee shop I frequently visit instead, I personally won’t be going back.

This was my first visit of many as I was pleased with the quality of the tea which was served in sealed pots keeping the heat in. good choice of both sweet and savoury. It caters for the young at heart there are some points for the laptops but not many. I look forward to some more visits
