Forever Rose Cafe

All the reviews with low rating speaks of poor customer service , which reinforces my experience as well. While the interiors are great, the staff is unfriendly, unaccommodating.

We reached there 15mins prior to kitchen closing time and when we placed order the waitress kept saying items were unavailable like dessert etc. since kitchen is closed. Then we told her that there is still time for last order and she cant refuse right away. She went to check with chef and came back to take order. What was the point of refusing a customer at first?

Tried connecting to wifi which wasnt working. Her reply was we only have access to guest wifi and I kept saying that she needs to do something as the wifi isnt working. They restarted but it didnt work and noone came to check with us about it nor tender explaination for non functionality of wifi at a cafe. The attitude was rude.

When placing the order I enquired about black tea with seven perfume as there were no details in menu. The explanation was very non specific as I was told its black tea with spices. I ordered it , but when it was served I didn't like the taste, and i requested the waitress to change the order and get me coffee instead. Generally in all good restaurants and cafe , such requests are taken care immediately and complimentary, but the waitress said I will be charged for the tea irrespective and a fresh order is to be placed. I mean first there is no clear menu explaination provided and as customer I am to order in dark and pay for the same if it tastes bad.

I am never returning to the cafe nor recommending to anyone unless the purpose is few insta worthy photos.

Awful service of the waiters. working in such a way , like they don’t want to do it and are tired.
Asked for two coffee , they brought 1 , I asked again about the second coffee , nobody came for .15, minutes.

Finally found a place that opens early, serves good food and the atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable.
I really liked the atmosphere, their staff were very helpful, friendly, professional a nice. I wish they had power plug so I could charge my laptop.
Definitely recommended for breakfast.

Very delicious food and lovely staff! Truffle fries were my favorite and umm ali was good too (prominent saffron flavor). wifi is unstable.
