Fringe. Love that Ali and his amazing entrepreneur skills opened both the Barber shop and cafe. The coffee is superb! Daily there are fresh baked goods brought in from a local baker. wifi is excellent for work (have worked many half days here). Fun and wide variety of seating options. Super friendly and helpful staff. They host a variety of different events as well. Amazing addition to our community! Thanks Ali and Team! See you soon.

Great place to grab a coffee and chill or work away from the house.

I am in utter shock that the heart and soul of this new local coffee shop has been used for her passion, talent, time and knowledge with complete disregard and compensation. Who would support a local business that uses people to their advantage and then disregards the countless hard working hours they contributed to start a new business? I will never step foot in Fringe again! Calgarians and the community of Bowness/Montgomery and surrounding areas need to support local business that demonstrate basic ethics and values, honesty, integrity and dignity for others. Such a shame!

Chill cafe to grab a drink, sit down, and get work done. There's not a lot of food options so I wouldn't come here for a meal or a snack, but just having a nice latte at an odd time when I have to do work is perfect here. Also thought it was really cute that they have swing set seats although I didn't get to sit on one haha.

Super cute spot to sit and read, work, relax, study, etc. the coffee and tea is delicious. Plants everywhere. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Fringe used to be a good place to come work, way too loud now (music). Lost its chill vibe and appeal to come hang out. Staff is great, always limited food options.

I decided to stop and try this place out on my way into work. First of all the decor and layout of the cafe is beautiful. I hoped to be greeted by a friendly individual and have a nice latte. Instead I was greeted by an unfriendly individual who didn't even smile or make any effort to make conversation. Then, I pay almost 7 dollars for a basic (barely warm) latte. Very unimpressed. I'd suggest hiring friendlier staff who are more interested in treating their customers well than returning back to headphone land in the back of the cafe.
