I was at Grandma's Cafe recently and since I don't live in the country having wifi is super important to me especially if I'm at a cafe that is setting the expectations high with the pricing. I was told by the manager that the wifi is not working and he will be fixing it...and yet in the entire time I was there, the manager did not follow up or try to make my experience comfortable. It's sad when you expect for the base level courtesy and services and this is where businesses lack. I wish I had a better experience.
