Edit 07/30/24 I have your bag ready, it got great feedback from the testing group as per usual. I'll drop it off when I'm in the area; thank you for collaborating!

I deal please get your act together the employee working this morning was super cranky and while I can certainly emphasize with being overwhelmed and overworked this is clearly a scheduling/staff issue if you're cool with her whining to random customers about being tired from working the street festival the night before, slyly complaining about her bosses and asserting she won't be doing any dishes that day while we (customers) still pay full price for objectively inferior service and product than what the cafe normally prides itself on.
Happy to speak with management directly through my email link in the bio. Also this is a nice of overpriced place to do client work during the day.
This is a cute coffee shop. Many people working and catching up. The patio is awesome. Im dropping my review because I ordered two identical coffees (just a simple drip coffee with oat milk) and they tasted drastically different.
Cute spot with lots of tables to post up and do some work. Bonus points for the fast wifi! Also, the decaf latte I got was delicious and actually had flavour, as opposed to most decaf drinks I get.
I'd love to come back and check this place out in the evening - I'm eyeing some of those natural wines!
Pleasant and friendly staff. Great coffee! Ideal for a work day
As a cafe hopper with no real favourites im not often mesmerized by a cafe easily but there’s something about the small narrow cozy atmosphere with inclusive beverage and snack options and bright sunlight in the space that makes this cafe different. The staff are incredibly friendly and the maple syrup latte is delicious. I sat by a window and worked for a few hours so they’re laptop friendly too. Just be sure to come on the earlier side or off-peak hour to make sure you get a spot.
Walked in feeling so happy about life. Came into an empty shop with 2 girls behind the counter. I greeted them saying “hi how are you?” in an upbeat manner. Only one answered, “good!” with zero smile and as if I have completely inconvenienced her. Ok cool, we’re off to a great start. Proceeded to order my drink. While making it, they awkwardly ignored me and continued to talk about whatever it was I interrupted by walking in. When I left I said “thank you so much, have a great day”…..response- nothing!!!
I really love ideal and I work on the block so I want to support. I’m just so disappointed that humans have resorted to thinking it’s cool to treat patrons like garbage. Is this some new age Ossington attitude entitlement? It doesn’t matter how good your coffee is, if your staff are mean/standoffish to your clientele, what’s the point?! This is a business of people! Your business is your home and if your home feels like walking into a negative and intimidating space, clients will choose to go somewhere more friendly.
Flat white 🙆🏻♀️(nice spot to work. Good coffee
