A truly lovely café with beautiful interior design. The drinks are excellent, the service is warm and welcoming, and the desserts are delicious. It’s a very pleasant spot with a great atmosphere and kind people — always a good vibe here.
I also think it’s a nice place where you could comfortably stay longer, even with a laptop, to get some work done while enjoying the surroundings.

They have a segregation policy, where people with laptops have to sit in separate rooms.
The laptop rooms are cramped and crowded and there's like, two people in the almost empty non-laptop area.
They also don't have wifi.
It's almost like somebody started a café who hates cafés.
Don't really understand the high reviews. Okay service, okay atmosphere.
The matcha cookie was dry, bland. Iced cappuccino was boring. There is no wifi and the entire front of the cafe forbids laptops. Wouldn't come again. Much better options nearby.
Desde hace muchos años que vengo a Riga y es la primera vez que encuentro un lugar tan agradable con café filtrado (Batch Brew).
El pastel de natas es sensacional!
Aunque puede parecer poco atractivo, aquí no hay wifi, y no en todas las mesas se puede abrir el laptop para trabajar. Así pues, es un lugar para hablar frente a una excelente tasa de café e tocó la Joya, Colombia) y no para trabajar.
BTW, esas barato que esos otros sitios ;)

A very stylish place. There are areas where you can sit and quietly enjoy your coffee, as well as zones filled with people sipping on a single coffee for hours while working on their laptops.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful. On the downside, although Kalve offers a wide selection of beans for purchase, the last two locations I visited had the same two types of beans for espresso — and one of them was decaf. Not much variety there.
Overall, I do recommend this place. Give it a try and discover something new for yourself!
They do not have wifi, it should be communicated beforehand. I bought my products and then as told after that they do not have wifi. 🥲
