Food

Lumberjack offers a variety of food options, featuring both local and continental specialties. Our shelves are stocked daily with incredible sourdough bread, fresh pastry, and cakes. Additionally, we showcase sweet treats baked in-house along with our freshly made takeaway lunches. During the summer, Hackney Gelato is available to keep you cool on hot days. Our range includes wonderful vegan and vegetarian options, such as vegan cheese delights, alongside deli products for meat lovers, including chorizo and Paleta ham.

Coffee & Drinks

Our café serves single-origin coffee daily from Assembly Coffee, an award-winning roastery in Brixton that focuses on high-quality, responsibly-sourced small-batch coffees from around the world. We regularly rotate our guest filter coffees and stock retail bags from various British roasters, including Curve Coffee and Caravan Coffee. Additionally, we offer a variety of craft beers and ciders, natural wines, and craft spirits. Our wine selection is oriented towards natural, vegan, and biodynamic wines, crafted with minimal chemical intervention.

This is a community project and is used a lot by students. All products sold are at reasonable prices. They offer hot and cold drinks, some hot/cold snacks, and lovely cakes. In the summer, in good weather, it's lovely to sit outside in the garden. However, during bad or cold weather, there is seating inside. Unfortunately, due to it being used by a lot of students working their laptops, it's difficult to get a seated area. Although there are two large tables and chairs, these again are usually occupied! So a suitable seating area is not always available. The owners are attentive and friendly. We would use here again, but probably not to eat in.

Best coffee shop in Camberwell with socially conscious and friendly staff and solid wifi throughout the basement for working on the laptop.

Great little cafe for coffee, tea and small bites. Downstairs seating has limited spaces for laptop working

Love these guys, great coffee and pastries.
Garden seating is superb on a sunny day and I've made good use of the downstairs area for laptop work.
Top notch spot.

Staff are always pleasant and coffee’s banging. Usually at least a couple of vegan cakes. I often work in the seating area downstairs which is surprisingly light and has quite a few plug sockets, as well as a long table facing one of the walls which I assume is designed for laptopers
