Mingle Cafe

Cute cafe and nice decoration, good set up for working/ journaling. Also has a bookshelf with loads of books and items to choose from.

I'm always judging a new place by my first-time experience, and although this place could be considered an aesthetic no-brainer, it is quite clear there is something amiss.

The staff works on machine mode which is always a big turn-off. There are no pleasantries here whatsoever in the human interaction, and this is the reason why I'm being harsh on my Service and Atmosphere rating. The staff workS here, and that is all you're going to get; you'd be happy to get a hello. It is a stark balance to the setting, the location, an the interior overall.

Even after +10 visits now they are still in complete machine mode. It's close to disheartening to experience, and as always, I blame either management or the owner. Moods and approach always trickles down - so it's clearly an issue in the upper echelons of Mingle Cafe.

Fix this, and this will fare both customers and staff well in the future. I will return, but fix the fxxin mood, or plug in a few robots that can just as well take the orders.

Excellent place for a lunch break, great atmosphere and excellent food, and wifi is not bad at all :) !

There is no wifi.
Slow service.
Came on a Tuesday...

wifi doesn"t work well, many sites are blocked, staff not helpful. Not recommended for work.
Prices are very high, and they charge 16% (!!) service & tax.
Coffee is ok.

Strange barman, bad wifi, and way to expensive 15rm for a cup of tea!
