The food was fantastic!!! The owner is a high energy individual who is great with customer service and you can tell has a passion for his business. There were a couple things operationally that could be tweaked to help him serve more customers. The wait for food when we were there was about 35 minutes. The owner was great about communicating the time of wait, but turned away about 3/4 of the customers that walked into the door. The restaurant was only half full. So he might have had a lack of chefs that day, but he did have 2 employees that didn’t look like they were doing much but delivering drinks, taking orders and cleaning tables. But they both looked like they were running on low battery and didn’t match the owner’s energy. The state of productive, customer oriented workers in the country is at an all time high and I’m glad these kids got to work with this owner. He is fantastic! But again, the food was phenomenal and this store has a ton of potential!
Excellent food and the server working in the front did an amazing job balancing the coffee making, ordering, etc. on a busy Sunday morning!
Enjoyed the food made from scratch and environment to do some work.
A hidden gem, the food is amazing! Best place to get some coffee, work and relax. They have the best Waffles ever that I have ever tried 💙
