Super cute coffee shop! Great for studying and working :) the chai latte > > >
Decent drinks, great service, spacious and beautiful interior. Great for working.
A huge plus is 3 big, clean, gender-neutral washrooms in the back.
I got a cappuccino which was good but they are not welcoming at all.
All the spots were filled and when my drink was done being made nobody even called it out. And there was no “thank you”, “hey” , “hello”.
I felt very unwelcomed and was very disappointed.
People don’t only come to a cafe for good coffee it’s also the hospitality.
These folks have a lot of work to do.
Drinks: a variety of specialty drinks. Cappuccino tasted great.
Seating area: a variety of seats available. However a bit packed so may not be guaranteed a seat with a table for your laptop.
Price: on the higher end but potion sizes also large.
wifi: didn't use it but saw others on zoom calls.
Overall vibes: Cute aesthetic. Definitely recommend!
How convenient is it working/studying here? I'd give it a 4/5
very cozy and a lot of seating available! there's also a long table you can work at that has a plug. washroom is so clean and they have bidet too ☺️
matcha latte was good 🫶🏼
Showed up to use laptop and have coffee. After sitting down with a seven dollar cappuccino, turns out the wifi doesn't work. After asking a few others, didn't seem to be working for anyone. When I asked the barista about it, they flippantly told me too bad.
Ashame as it has nice atmosphere, but rude employees and no willingness to help make this a place to avoid
Great new addition to the neighborhood! Perfect cozy spot to work or enjoy a coffe. They serve fresh coffee, tea, and tasty small bites. The vibe is homy and inviting, with friendly staff and comfortable seating, and they’re open late!
Highly recommend!
The croissants are delicious!!! Great staff and beautiful space for peaceful, quiet working.
Their matcha latte was made really well. I love the aesthetic and interior - it’s like Japanese meets industrial design? It gets really crowded on weekend afternoons so plan ahead! The wifi is a bit flaky.
A great spot to get some work done! Lots of other people also doing work, but it can also get quite busy with limited spots to sit.
I would not recommend the Persian tea, which tasted good but costs $6 and came in a minuscule glass (as pictured). The chai latte and madeleine I ordered after (very quickly) finishing my tea were much better and fairly sized/priced.
FINALLY! A coffee spot that has the perfect ambience to chill with friends or do some work on a laptop. Decor reminds of of a spot in Europe with its wooden beams and tiled floor, and antique style furnishings. Music is perfect volume and genres to ensure its atmospheric but not distracting. Hidden gem away from the bustle of the city while still being smack downtown. wifi didnt work :( but the place stays open till 11pm!! As someone who hates working solo from home, this will become my new goto "coworking" space. Wish there were more tables but the place is cosy af. Why have I never come across it before??? It's very unassuming and hope it remains a hidden gem
This is a really beautiful place. But the person who worked the day I was there was on their phone all the time, and they also might want to test their wifi a bit as well, it was slow, and gone some time.
