Amazing cafe . Great baristas . Lots of people work from here - tons of seating and outlets with fast wifi. Recommended !
Delicious coffee, but note: NO wifi for non-hotel guests even if you order food/drink. NOT a place to do work.
Been coming here to sit and work these past few days! Ample lovely space but the folks behind the counter are unfortunately very rude and slowly kicked me out for sitting in a “wrong” section, even after moving.
I was searching for a charming cafe to get some work done and happened upon this spot! This cafe is linked to a hotel, offering various seating options, from window-side cafe seats to lounge-style seating in the lobby.
However, be aware that their Wi-Fi isn't freely available to the public, so if you're planning to work on a laptop, this might not be the ideal place for you.
I ordered a latte, and it was delightful! It was rich, creamy, and not overly sweet. I’ll likely return with a friend in the future!
I understood the comments from others about the staff working here. Two young girls—one with ginger hair and the other with short black hair—gave off an unbelievably uncomfortable, mean vibe. I was getting coffee to go and commented on their attitude, choosing not to leave a tip (sorry, but I only tip nice people). After that, they intentionally messed up my coffee and didn’t really deny it. They added filter coffee to my cappuccino—I saw it and could definitely taste the difference. By the way, the ambiance here is beautiful! They just need to change the staff.
Cute spot but BEWARE NO wifi
the wifi is only for hotel guests, which is not available to the customers. the receptionist comes to turn the lights to very very dark mode and scolds people for turning it back to brighter mode because she says she feels dizzy :)
No wifi (unless you were a hotel guest??) for a large spacious coffee spot?? They wouldn’t give you the password even if you asked them… really obnoxious
Delicious matcha latte, cool AC, nice background music, and friendly staff. Go to study/work spot
I was looking for a cute cafe to do some work, and stumbled upon this place! This cafe is connected to a hotel, so you have a variety of seating, from the cafe seats by the window to the lounge type seating in the lobby.
The only thing to keep in mind is that their wi-fi isn’t free to the public, so if you’re looking to work with a laptop, probably isn’t the place for you.
I got a latte and it was good! It was rich and creamy, and not too sweet. I’ll probably come by with another friend in the future!
Great place to work on laptop in.
Amazing vibe with wifi and friendly staff. However I don't see latte art they do on the coffee order anymore :o
The entrance was a bit hard to find I guess because of the construction going on next door; I thought the front door was a back door, maybe could make the entrance more visible would be more noticeable!
So I came to this cafe for the aesthetics and do few hours of online work. Their iced americano was good and enjoyed the atmosphere of the place.
3 stars because I was off put by my encounter with an old/blonde staff lady who request I sit somewhere else, as I was sitting on a reserved seat for hotel guests. I understand and I tell her I will. She then proceeds to add ‘gasoline to the fire’. Immediately left. Such a shame. First barista was so chill though. Props to him.
Great atmosphere and coffee! Perfect meeting place or stop to do work and get great coffee and a treat.
No wifi, bad coffee
No wifi for customers unless you stay at hotel! I wish I have known this before ordering.
No wifi for a cafe, lol the wifi is only for hotel guests
There's no wifi provided to ppl coming into the cafe. It's also noisy and expensive.
No public wifi and seriously overpriced
looks like a great spot but they don’t provide any wifi services to the coffee shop customers. I bought my coffee and they told me that there is no wifi available. honestly I think they should warn customers that who want to work there
Cité café with a nice atmosphere, unfortunately they don’t have wifi.
Awesome spot to spend the whole day with laptop
Very small coffee shop tucked away into a hotel with a highly limited menu. This would be a great spot for a quick in-person meeting. The size of the place discourages working sessions on laptops. While I appreciate the decor, and the fact that it's another craft offering to the paltry NYC coffee scene, I was left wanting a little more.
It's located in the lobby area of a hotel, but it could really stand on its own as a cafe. The ambiance is warm and open, there's a good amount of seating - good for casual catch-ups and working on your laptop (there are outlets!!), and the coffee is goooood.
