I love this place! I came in because I was in between meetings and needed a place to work. It was ideal for working with everyone focused on their writing, art and drawings. They have chill, alternative music.
I had the Chai Latte and it was perfect for a busy Thursday afternoon.
They have a lovely patio underneath this massive oak tree.

First, there is no parking, only street parking, which wasn't bad the time I went, but if it is busy it could get hard to find parking. Second, I ordered a plain iced latte and it tasted fine. I order an iced latte at most coffee shops and this one is probably in the lower half of lattes I've had. Also, the small plain latte (with 20% tip) was over $7 which is very expensive for a latte in San Antonio. Third, this is a great place if you want to hang out with friends. I saw some people playing cards outside and it looked fun. But if you want to work on something (like I was doing) this may not be the best place for you. There isn't a lot of seating with table space to work. Overall the atmosphere is nice, but I would not go to do work in again.

Really good people work here. Consistently good coffee & a decent assortment of things to eat also. Also a fine place for a beer or glass of wine in the afternoon.
