About Pikolo Espresso Bar

About

Pikolo Espresso Bar is the vision of Marie-Eve Laroche, who, upon discovering the coffee culture of Australia, saw an opportunity to enrich the Montreal landscape. Collaborating with Canadian roasters such as Monogram, 49th Parallel, and Rabbit Hole, drinks at Pikolo are crafted to highlight the intrinsic character of individual coffees and served with familiar, casual charm. Coupled with locally homemade pastries from Hof Kelsten and Cafe Myriade, the café provides everything needed for a quick stop on the way to work or for catching up with an old friend. Although the venue is small, as its name suggests, it manages to create a distinctive and warm ambiance that invites guests to savor the rich aromas and flavors of expertly brewed coffee in the bustling city of Montreal.

Food

The Pikolo Espresso Bar offers a selection of locally homemade pastries that complement its coffee specialties perfectly. The offerings include cookies, scones, croissants, and artisanal loaves sourced from the nearby bakery Hof Kelsten. Additionally, there are muffins and yogurt to round out breakfast options. This array allows guests to find a fresh and delicious accompaniment to their coffee, making each visit to the café a small indulgence in delectable flavors.

Coffee & Drinks

At Pikolo Espresso Bar, coffee preparation is at the core, as it collaborates closely with Canadian roasters like Monogram, 49th Parallel, and Rabbit Hole. These partnerships enable the café to highlight the unique characteristics of individual coffees, which are always served with a touch of familiarity and casualness. The café features a curated selection of coffee specialties renowned for their rich flavors and the quality with which they are processed from bean to cup. Update: My friend said there is wifi - Hamed

A coffee without wifi? Is that even sustainable? Besides the arrogant personnel and no wifi there is little to no room. It's a shame to see the potential thrown to waste :/
(Coffeewise: it was ok... nothing to brag and definitely not enough to compensate the rest)

A great place for coffee and baked items! But I don't think they offer wifi. There is also seating in the balcony.

Bright space, good wifi and solid place to work. Not too many outlets, but you can find one. Staff are super nice! Hate to be basic but the pumpkin spice latte was really really good.
