found this spot a few weeks back (was referred by Central Coffee since they didn't yet allow seating). spacious, clean & a friendly staff (special shout out to Kiara), this is one of my favorite coffee joints. I especially appreciate the seating options (tables, counter by the bar, comfy lounge- upstairs). oh yeah, the wifi is aces & they got plenty of outlets for juicing your electronics. gracias guys :)
Cool spot to grab a coffee and work a little. Not as quiet if you need it office / library type quiet. wifi works great. Bathrooms super clean. Parking you have to pay for in a garage. Cappuccino wasn't very good and the female barista wasn't very nice (to me), the male barista was very nice, pleasant, and talkative.
Amazing! Great to bring laptop and work for a few hours. Every food item is TOP NOTCH! My favorite is the everything bagel breakfast sandwich! The atmosphere is so cute and quaint with several nooks for hanging and chatting with friends. Conveniently located in Uptown!!! I highly recommend this place for ANY coffee shop needs!!
Just inside the I-277 perimeter, Queen City Grounds was super busy on a sunny Sunday morning. People sitting outside, people sitting inside. I was fortunate to find a spot at the counter to enjoy my coffee and my laptop for an hour or so.
A friendly barista took my order and a few minutes later, my name was called. My latte was served in a big round mug, lots of foam on top, lots of rich creamy coffee below.
A comfortable spot to sit with the laptop, this is a fun vibe and a busy place. Lots to watch while you're getting your coffee and breakfast sandwich fix!
Tasty, tasty, tasty! I walked in sleepy and hungry and woke up awake and full. It was a great spot to start off a day exploring the city. I wasn’t working but the second floor looked like a great spot to hold up for the day and get things done.
Super good flavor profiles ! Great place to eat & get work done ! 🔥
I like to come here to work sometimes. I work remotely, and it’s nice to change up the scenery. There’s plenty of seating options for a casual coffee with friends, a work meeting, or working from a laptop. I typically sit upstairs because it’s more quiet. Their draft oat milk latte is my favorite, they rotate the flavors. I’ve eaten breakfast and lunch here before, everything I’ve had to eat is also good. I’ve gotten it to go plenty of times also and you can order online which is convenient.
We had a girl I believe named Devin, take our order. She was not friendly whatsoever. I asked her if she was the owner, which I figured she wasn’t. If only the owners knew how the employees could be heard all the way from upstairs cussing. The girl at the front needs to be trained on customer service and learn about the items and products sold at this coffee shop so that her answer isn’t “ yeah I don’t know”, every time a question is asked about a product. My husband has social anxiety so when he orders he might ask a few extra questions and stumble on his words. You’re working with the public learn how to be kind. There was no one behind us so a little patience and hospitality would be appreciated.
Recently moved here with my partner! I'm very particular about where I get my coffee and this place definitely checked all my boxes. One of our top priorities is finding a place with inclusivity and a positive atmosphere, and neither of these were lacking when we walked through the door. Great place to sit and do work. I will definitely be coming again!
Matcha was impeccable, along with the vibe to concentrate on work.
