Chilled out place for working and a date
Very peaceful place to come relax and unwind at. Get your work done. Ordered a mac n cheese sandwich, did not disappoint.
Really nice place to just play work and chill
Been here twice and the wifi doesn't work, for some reason they doesn't want to share Roastery coffe wifi and asked us to join some Swiggy wifi which never is available. If you're planning to work from here, probably not a good place.
I recently visited here to work from cafe guided by r/Hyderabad subreddit as one of the best places to work. Was not disappointed. Although, finding a table with charge socket was particularly difficult that day because of the rush but the service staff is so nice that I just requested them to shift me to a table with charging socket as soon as it was freed and they helped willingly. Another important factor to work is wifi, which is available here.
I didn't focus on food much. So I'll refrain from talking about it. Just that mushroom based bread dish was lit, that's all I can say.
The Ambience is amazing. Lots of other folks were working too so I didn't feel out of place and at the time of my visit I observed there were more students than adults aged 30+. So young crowd.
Overall, I came to work and I was able to do so without the guilt of staying for long hours. And this place kept me well fed for the times I was free in between. So 5/5 from work perspective.
No wifi (!!), and the staff are about as enthusiastic to serve as a cat would be for a shower. Had to leave for the office instead.
PS: owner, I wouldn’t mind paying a day-fee or such to just take over a table as I realise folks sitting down with their laptop isn’t the most profitable thing. 3 stars because it’s conveniently located and tastefully decorated; the music choices are soothing and played at the right volume.
Went there twice. First time on Christmas day, it was a busy day for them, I found the person at the entrance to be kinda condescending and rude so I went to another cafe bc I didn't want to ruin my day. But I was like maybe it was because they had had a long day and I should give them another shot. So today I went there to try out the food and work from there for a bit. When I went in, one of the waiters was like there's a table indoors and was going to show me the table. Someone else stopped him and they talked briefly (I don't know/remember what) and they asked me to wait. A couple of mins later, they showed me table no 1 (which is not a good spot imo bc there are people just walking past to the parking spot but whatever). Since I wanted to work from there I asked for the password but they said they only have one weak wifi network called Swiggy available and gave me the password. My lap wasn't even connecting to that. There was a network called Roastery cafe or something of that sort but apparently it wasn't working. I used my mobile hotspot but Jio network was kinda slow there as well 😬 I couldn't do any work and just ate the food and left. I had brownie blend (which was fine) and fish and chips (the texture of the fish was really good, didn't love the taste, maybe I just don't like fish). Overall not a great experience.
Overrated! Read fully to understand my POV.
I visited this place thinking to study for my exams based on the photos on Google. Based on the images, the place seemed quite chill and where I could do some deep work, therefore was excited to visit. To my surprise it has less seating arrangements and no plan B for when it rains. The seating is only limited to ground floor. I initially thought there was additional seating on the top floor too but it is restricted for staff only.
I went in and it was overcrowded with a waiting list, waited 15 mins and ordered my coffee and a cheesecake. The wifi is extremely slow, couldnt play any lecture videos on laptop and few mins in it started to rain. I grabbed my coffee and went inside where there was no seat available atleast for 10 mins I was drinking while standing. Rain had stopped and the cheesecake arrived which was extremely dry. I couldnt finish it. Plus be sure that you are okay with Pets as it is a pet friendly place. I left the place within 30 mins. Was frustrated because I went in based on good reviews. I felt I wasted my money and most importantly my "TIME" at this place. While leaving I saw one lady had put her dog on seat!!!. I get the pet lovers love their dogs, but some people are alergic to Dogs. Human consideration needs to be made. Now I think of it how it is even allowed and was there any dog actually sitting on my chair before I had arrived at the place?
In a nutshell, very good place for Date Nights and Chill hangout with friends, but bad place for Deep work unlike traditional coffee shops like Starbucks etc. The place seemed chaotic with Dogs barking and lack of seating. I would not visit this place for deepweek except for reasons mentioned at the beginning of para.
While the food and beverage menu are good, the outdoor ambience needs improvement. The mist spray is located right above all the tables and keeps spraying all over the table and food. There are too many mosquitoes and the coil wasnt lit, even after requesting. Plus the wifi just doesnt work.
Colocol 55% Hot Chocolate is a Must Try here! Cost is higher than usual! But a good place to hangout with your friends! You can also see people with laptops working there!
