Your establishment had no butter. In the whole restaurant . Now as a Atlanta native, we all know that when making pancakes and biscuits, or anything of that nature butter is the number one requirement.
I figured surely they ran out of butter because they put it in the batter. However, I was wrong. I had no butter so my pancakes taste like fried dough. They were very distasteful and nasty . I honestly didn’t know that pancakes could taste so unfavorable. The salmon patties taste spoiled and this is the syrup that your restaurant serves, which is nothing but corn syrup and food dye. Serving maple syrup is a bare expectations just like having butter on my pastry dishes.
I’m very disappointed because everybody has spoken highly about this restaurant for years and I never really had the opportunity to go until today and it was nasty. The only thing that was good was the grits. Which mind you cost 2.50 so I could’ve just spent 2.50.
I had a server that seemed to have an attitude to serve me- yet I’m required to tip 20% ( which is fine ) but I think that establishment like yours seem to forget that is called “gratuity” for a reason and the word deprives from “ gratitude” but I did not have gratitude today towards my serve.
I should not been given my earned money to a waiter who seem to have an attitude serve me at their job, and then I received food that wasn’t cooked properly and it taste spoiled. I don’t like the image for my people to be viewed in this light. I work hard for my money and I want to invest it at a establishment that values this perspective .
Absolutely perfect service from Deja and the food was A1!! Great job, y’all keep up the good work!
I recently visited Rosie's Coffee Cafe and had a wonderful experience! The cafe offers plenty of outlets by the tables, which is perfect for working while you sip your coffee, and the wifi is reliable. What really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the Alyssa. She was incredibly helpful, especially when I needed assistance with the wifi. Her amazing smile and great energy made my visit even more enjoyable. Alyssa made me a fantastic custom iced S’more’s Latte that was absolutely perfect. It's clear she treats every customer with care and truly enhances the cafe experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
