Great staff. wifi is totally rotten, particularly recently, so I've not been able to cowork effectively there. I've stopped coming as often. The food is okay-ish: I've gotten sick from the veggie burrito three times now. The bagels are good. Depending on who is working they may give you a grossly large amount of cream cheese on the bagel, and I end up scraping 75% of it off. The bench seating leaves you hunching over if you aren't a tiny person, and often that is all which is available. But yes: I like the staff a lot; they are chill people. Atmosphere is fine. Coffee is pretty decent. Parking is horrid and the parking attendant frequents that spot.
Was working on Saturday in the U-District. Aaliyah greeted my friend and I. She crafted our morning coffee and strongly suggested the cinnamon rolls. The rolls were fantastic and Aaliyah makes a spectacular cup of coffee. I am hoping to see the evening hours expand so I can stop each night after work.
I suggest stopping by and checking it out. It is a cool little spot with friendly people and great coffee.
Great Coffee..... it's all I've ever "Wanted"!
I look forward to my next visit.
Quite average, veg burrito had no flavour (I’m quit sure it didn’t have salt or pepper on it, let alone any spices). Basically just mush leftover veggies in burrito.
The bones of the building and interior is beautiful, potential to make it really wonderful, but also just average.
Good music, but stopped at some point and just heard the empty echoes in the space.
Oh and wifi didn’t work.
The Egg and Cheese sandwich is incredible. If you get a coffee, stay for a bit. look at the boats. work on a puzzle, sit in a comfy chair.
The coffee is also fantastic.
The 'for here' ceramic mugs are a mix of sizes and styles.
And they have Snoqualmie Ice cream.
