It's the only restaurant/eating place in that area with wifi, so you tolerate the food/quality/price
I am bit confused about how does the tip work. Is being nice and kind to someone these days means expecting something from them?? A tip??? I always give the tip based on the service. I ordered pad thai and got completely plain three times and was returned. Fourth time it tased okay. Had to wait each time for right order. Manager was shaking her head in the kitchen when i returned the pad thai, is that what you call customer service??? Is that what you are expecting tip for??? Server asking me directly for the tip and mentioning that I didn’t give her enough tip was unbelievable. First time i ever experienced this at any place. Server was looking at me…. Staring at me…scaring me … for not giving her tip.
On the payment machine, why do you give option for “no tip” - because its customers choice to give or not.
Never going to this place again. Its the worst place after new management came in.
