FAVORITE CAFE in nyc to do work, journal, chat, hang out etc 😋 yah this place has good wifi, AN OUTDOORS GARDEN SPACE, opens til 7pm, and pretty good drinks. Love the vibes yaaa
Really good chocolate almond croissant & a coffee from here. This is such a good place for working too, free wifi & lots of seating.
Coffee and service are good. I come here for work and basically wifi doesn't work. I hear the same story every time. "It's overloaded and we're working on upgrading." Hopefully it will be fixed.
When I made a purchase I choose not to leave a tip. The barista took apparent offense to that and the service noticeably got worse (he had an attitude). Aside from that baristas entitlement to a tip (even though it’s not customary for a coffee shop in the US or around the world for that matter) I really enjoyed the space and the patio. Might or might not return. Also, there was wifi that you can use.
Nice, well priced cafe with a good selection of savoury and sweet food. Friendly staff and free wifi for guests. Indoor and outdoor seats. The reserve cold brew is really good.
Very nice, cozy café with a few tables out front and a very welcoming backyard patio. Ideal environment to work on your laptop: quiet, fast wifi, power outlets, ample room. Very French-friendly as well, with lots of French music playing and many francophones hanging out here.
very nice but can’t work here… no slack no figma 😭
Such a productive work environment! I sit here for hours, and I don't even notice time passing by. Great lighting, plenty of seating, super kind staff, and the best coffee in NoLita!
A lovely, spacious cafe with lots of seating. Good place to get some work done. There are outlets at certain tables and bathroom for customers. Great service and staff are very nice!
Great spot to get work done, great food too!
Great coffee, service, and atmosphere. Also a great option to do some work and/ or reading
Great vibes, spacious and friendly for working with a laptop. worked in the front but there’s also a backyard. Into it!
Heerlijk geluncht.
My home away from home <3 the baristas and cooks are friendly, talented, and put a lot of care into their work. Nolita has been getting quite a bit of foot traffic recently, but Stone Street has maintained its calming atmosphere, and is the perfect slice of serenity for an overstimulated passerby. The inside stretches pretty far back, with tons of reading nooks, comfy seating, and a gorgeous courtyard. Plus free wifi :) stumbled into this joint a few months back in desperate need of caffeination and quiet, and I haven’t looked back since. I really can’t overstate how INCREDIBLE the staff are, and no matter how busy you get your coffee fast and perfectly made. The food is all made with really high quality ingredients— think sourdough, fresh veg, and local pastries. Playlist always slaps. Usually either R&B or oldies, but always lowkey and always a vibe. The best cafe in Manhattan hands down, just come. Seriously.
Amazing place to drink coffee and work !
Everyone is working hard! Quiet and nice place. They have bathroom and good food!
There are 3 qualities that make for a great coffee shop to work at
1. welcoming for working; space + wifi + others working around
2. cozy & studious decor
3. a kitchen with decent food, so you don't have to leave for meals
This one is great on all!
Excellent space to work and meet. Great food and coffee. Wonderful staff.
good coffee, bad for working. harsh “no laptop” policy they should advertise to paying customers. I don’t understand this “war on productivity” certain cafes have adopted.
One of my favorite coffee shops.
Amazing coffee, great people, nice place for working on a laptop, good music.
Wasn’t aware of the new rule restricting laptops in the front room on weekends, was asked to find a new seat in the back which is fine. There were limited seats in the back and most were located outside under a haze of smoke. I’m asthmatic and got some attitude from a server for taking one of the indoor seats in the back since I can’t be amongst the smoke. I understand the idea behind the rule but there were just a bunch of empty seats in the front and didn’t appreciate the lack of compassion.
The cafe is pretty chill. They have a good selection of croissants (ham and cheese, chocolate, plain) among other pastries. I ordered a chocolate croissant which I thought needed some some warming through love but over was good. The iced mocha was good. A lot of people have their laptops to work so space gets very limited. Good to come early to get a good spot.
