Cozy bar with good coffee. Ideal atmosphere to work or read a book
Such a good energy everyday, when I really need to get work done I come here. They’ve gotten pretty popular so get there early! Also, in the summer a really nice back patio area, pretty big too.
Such a cute place!! Love doing work here. I had an almond milk chai and curry chicken salad on sourdough bread which were both delicious. Their outdoors is open and I can’t wait to do work outside when it’s warmer next summer.
The coziest, neighbourhoody, LGBTQ friendly place. Great to work, chat, think, write, make art, hang out inside or in the garden. Thank you. You’re wonderful 😇🥰
great coffee shop with open backyard full of greenery. good place to focus and get some work done.
Great cafe to work in. Super speedy wifi!
very cozy spot! great to catch up on some reading, work, or just to hang out with friends :) very sweet staff
Wonderful humans, yummy drinks and food. A lovely little community spot. I tend to work virtually inside or read outside.
Really cute coffee shop with great service. Everyone that works here is very nice. And it has a very relaxing and welcoming environment
Great ambiance, nice and cozy. They have a great backyard to drink and relax. Coffee and food are great. The folks working there are super nice!
The wifi couldn’t be worse
If heaven was a place on earth.... DIVINE 3rd wave coffee, incredible staff, and great neighbors 💗 Backyard is the best kept secret of the hood.
Did want to flag the fact that the wifi throws one back to 2010... Super spotty and sometimes just not functioning at all. Hoping with 2024 owners/manager fix the signal so it covers the whole cafe. It's not a giant space and it is a haven for those of us resigned to WFH. With coffee prices leaping up (~1.50 or more increase per cup?) this seems like a
small & manageable fix.
Nice, comfortable funkie basement coffee house atmosphere. laptop scholars encouraged. Prices allow that freedom.
Though, the wifi system needs a major Upgrade in bandwidth and speed to justify fully that internet cafe major aspect of the reason for being the place
This would absolutely be the #1 go to coffee shop in NYC were it not for the lack of stable fast wifi. It has everything except wifi does not work well at all. It has a beautiful hidden patio a nice charming coffee area indoors etc… Also the coffee, hot chocolate and mocha is good.
This place RADIATES coziness and joy! My partner and I decided to try it out today after walking by several times and never going in. Coffee was great, food was delicious, and the staff was so kind! The vibe was very warm and we loved all the decorations. I ended up buying two stickers because I just liked it so much.
As if this wasn’t lovely enough, we then discovered the garden outside. It was so beautiful. If it wasn’t a bajillion degrees outside, I could have sat and read there for hours. My only gripe is that the wifi was a little slow at times, but that certainly didn’t take away from the experience at all.
pros:
- wifi
- cute space for working/socializing
- reusable rather than disposable dishes
cons:
- very underfilled drinks (latte was like 2/3 full)
- pricey
- no cheap refill option for drip coffee
This place is a GEM! I'll start off by saying the coffee was amazing, strong but smooth. I'll definitely be back for that alone.
The back patio has a summertime vibe with lots of tables that wrap around the back of the building. The staff said that in the evening time that back patio is shared with the bar next door (Honey Well). They have swing chairs, steps, big tables, you name it!
Inside has a bunch of tables conducive to working on your laptop, which lots of people were doing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
This is a cute coffee shop with great pastries. The coffee is good but one time I had a latte that taste like burnt coffee. Its definitely overpriced. But I love the patio. I’ve been here several times to do some work and the wifi sucks, its either not working or a weak signal.
This place is an oasis! I was able to sit in the backyard in my own private spot covered with foliage and there even was an outlet for my laptop. The outdoor space is pretty large for nyc standards and wifi worked well. I ordered an iced coffee and it was great. Can’t wait to try more of their speciality drinks too.
