Teaching lunch with my agent Abdul. We are working on Skyslope accounting program and enjoying Chicken Sambusa, tiramasi, Nafaqo. Yummy Somalian food.

Truly Nashville's hidden gem. The Chai teas are absolutely top notch and the sambusas (somalian samosas) are freshly made and crispy (delicious). Great for meeting friends and catching up, and they have free wifi. It has a kind of somalian atmosphere (without the war and instability), not as upscale as Ricks Cafe from the film Casablanca, but similar. It feels like a part of the neighborhood, and is my go to stop whenever I'm in town.

Great coffee and lots of outlets if you need a place to work from your laptop. The staff is really friendly and happy to tell you about their Somali food if you're trying it for the first time (the sambusas are fantastic).
