Good spot for remote work

Super nice staff & atmosphere, great food and drink; the one major flaw is the bad wifi, I couldn’t connect to a single web page on it. Recommend this as a place to meet a friend or two for coffee, or read a book, but don’t go here expecting to get any internet-based work done.

Great spot to read, study, or meet up with someone. Nice long tables to accommodate customers. Food and coffee were great. Only downside was the wifi was iffy and a little slow. Not sure if it was just that day or if it’s always like that. Would go back here again though.

I have been going to this coffee shop for about a year now and I love the food, coffee and service! It does get pretty busy but there is a lot of seating to accommodate. Now the downfall. Out of the year I have been coming here to do work, the wifi has worked for me maybe 3 times. I have constantly had to use my personal hotspot to do work here. I do go to other shops but this one is walking distance so I tend to come here more often. I just feel if you are going to offer free wifi and have all these seats to accommodate people wanting to utilize it, then it needs to work.

One the places we visited that proved things are back to normal, lots of people in their macs with their headphones on , sipping their coffee and using the wifi . Wonderful staff , nice ambience and super strong and fresh drip coffeee

They have delicious sandwiches with hand made bagels, not to mention great lattes. wifi is good too. One of my fav spots right now.

good place to remote work, free wifi, kind staff, and good coffee. ordered a large iced white chocolate mocha and it was solid. wish it was air conditioned but otherwise a lovely space to work, read, and caffeinate in.

Awesome spot! The coffee is so delicious and I’m a big fan of their bagels and yogurt parfaits. I wonder if they make the yogurt and cream cheese in house because the flavor and texture is unlike any others I’ve tried before. My mom was such a big fan that she bought a bag of coffee to take back with her to Chicago. The wifi kind of sucks though so not the best place to work out of, but I love coming here for a chill breakfast.

This was our first time visiting. The atmosphere was nice however the seats are super uncomfortable and the wifi is probably some of the worst public wifi I’ve ever used. We ended up having to leave because I couldn’t finish my work due to how slow my web pages were loading. The staff was fairly nice. We ordered a chai and a dirty chai. The presentation was beautiful! However the taste and temperature were very disappointing. The latte itself was lukewarm so it got cold very quickly. The espresso tasted like Folgers coffee. The chai itself wasn’t super flavor either. Unfortunately it won’t be a place I’d recommend or come back to.

I absolutely love Thump Coffee and the staff. I am a regular and live across the street. They go above and beyond to provide quality service. The coffee is epic. The pastries are delicious and unique. The atmosphere is curated and comfortable. All with free wifi and working space? Wow. I've been going here for 7 years and recommend it to everyone. - Allie

Amazing place, if you plan to do some work this is the perfect place. It's very chill and at least half of the people were also working when I was there. I a had a white hot chocolate which was wonderful, staff was super friendly.

Latte was fantastic, and the place has a chill vibe with some big plants. Seems like a great place to work or study during the day.

Delicious coffee and bagels, sweet staff, and great location. Always difficult to find a spot to work here and can feel crowded.

Thump coffee has a great atmosphere and my chai latte was delicious.

Only downside is that all of the outlets were located at the front of the cafe (to my knowledge). Unless you're able to grab one of the bar-stool seats along the front window, you'll probably be out of luck if your laptop or phone needs charged.
