Great coffee and lovely ambience to work on your laptop. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Went during the afternoon and was there until 7pm. Crowd starts to build up towards the evening at 5pm. Minimal crowd during the afternoon at 1pm. More seats outdoor than indoors.
Coffee prices are reasonable.
Parking is available in the compound. wifi is available and is fast enough for working.
Will definitely return.
Although the food selection is pretty limited but the service was impeccable. Lovely ambiance. Lovely female staff and barista. Fast wifi. Comfortable space for working out of office.
Best places to chill out after work
The ambiance was so chill
First of all, this is such a beautiful and stunning spot in the neighbourhood for people to chill. A cosy and homey creative space with a distinct local cultural identity. It’s so lovely to do your work here until late night. 10/10 for atmosphere
I live a zero waste lifestyle and read in the reviews that disposal cups were only used in events/peak times. So I ordered a hot chocolate on a quiet Thursday night without worry, but sadly my drink came in single-use cup. I believe upon request this can be fixed but I didn’t know. The hot chocolate itself was mediocre, can be improved. Would love more non-coffee options too
The washroom seemed to have run out of hand soap for some time now, which should be easy for staff to notice. Would definitely come back to try the coffee in a mug! (Open to update my review in future)
Had the chance to drop by Whatever works on my way back from my bi-weekly meeting. A very warm and charming corner in Datuk Keramat, not to mention its a perfect hideaway for a quiet work session or a laid-back hangout. The café's unique setting, sharing a compound with a Balinese-style Airbnb, adds to its charm, providing a serene escape from the city's chaotic mess
Ordered their Latte and Burnt cheesecake handled by Aiman and Moira. They were very friendly and charming accommodating to my need to setup my laptop. Friendly, passionate, and always ready with a great recommendation.
The coffee was absolutely top-tier and apparently their doors open till midnight, it’s a haven for night owls and coffee lovers alike.
If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out. Will always stop by from now on. Whatever works? More like, this place just 'works'.
