The other reviews complaining that they were reminded of the rules shows that the owners actually care about the cats! Much preferable to be reminded of the rules 100 times than for customers to molest the cats (as is the problem in other cat cafes).
Cats are generally receptive to pets but of course approach slowly and let them smell you first (as one should always do with cats).
