Ich glaube, ich habe einen schlechten Tag zu einem schlechten Moment erwischt und war deswegen leider nicht zufrieden. Vielleicht komme ich nochmal wieder und probiere es erneut, denn der Kaffee war eigentlich lecker.
Die drei Mitarbeitenden wirkten gestresst, untereinander uneinig und entsprechend auch etwas schlecht gelaunt. Während der Bestellung sind scheinbar Sachen in der internen Buchung schief gelaufen, sodass nicht bemerkt wurde, dass die Kundin vor mir mit meiner statt ihrer eigenen Bestellung verschwand. Mein Kaffee wurde neu gemacht und leicht genervt auf den Tresen gestellt. Es wirkte etwas, als wäre man froh, wenn die Kund:innen weg sind, um dann liegen gebliebene arbeiten erledigen zu können? Irgendwie schade, aber ein Lächeln, Freundlichkeit und eventuell eine Nachfrage ob man den Kaffee in Pappe, Recup Becher oder Porzellan trinken möchte (es gibt einen kleinen Tisch vor dem Café) hätten einen großen Unterschied gemacht und ich hätte mit einem guten statt einem beklemmten Gefühl den Laden verlassen.
