I had only been to Mostra's location in Carmel Mountain, and I gotta say I like the vibe and service of this one a lot more. The time we went wasn't super busy, so the drinks were on point, and the baristas were very attentive. It was nice to sit, drink some espresso and read. Some people were working, some hanging out, so it's a good place for different activities too.
wifi sucks to work here unfortunately. Good lattes but not worth $7 to not even have wifi…
Good craft coffee and nice quiet back space in an apartment complex.
One small drawback is planes flying right above which they can certainly not change. Another is wifi. It's a pain. They intentionally limit the router for a very few connections so if you are coming here to get some work done, check connectivity before ordering coffee. After all you are paying 6-7 bucks on a coffee and it's not a spare change you can spend on another place.

Very good coffee, quaint atmosphere, lots of room , clean bathrooms , fast wifi . One of the best neighbor shops around !
Ordered the ceremonial Matcha with honey. A great zero sugar option. I enjoyed the tea and seating options. Has wifi, good cafe for a short working session or meeting.
