wifi is seriously misconfigured, don’t expect it to work

Came to get some work done. Great ambiance. Lavender London fog was delicious. My only wish is that there were more outlets; make sure your laptop is charged when you come!

Coffee and pastries are delicious! But, the wifi is unusable because it’s so slow. Therefore, not a good place if you want to get some work done that requires internet.

Great place to work/study. Super cute and aesthetically pleasing. Has good vibes. They’re currently open 8am to 3pm for indoor cafe use. Their drinks and food are great! Recommend mermaid toast and the blue matcha!

This place is a very nice coffee shop. Best one I've seen in Mission Valley area. Great work team good customers. 👍🏿

Both the Mexican hot chocolate that I got and the rainbow latte my girlfriend got were not really mixed well at all, and had all of the interesting components concentrated at the bottom. The location itself and the crowd inside were pretty interesting. Lots of couples and lots of students working on school work, presumably. Eh

Super cute place! Great place to study and do work. The food was fine just average but the service and decor made up for it.

I live within walking distance of this place and I just recently started going. I am very picky when it comes to iced coffee/espresso (not so much hot coffee) and I need the perfect balance of cream, sweet, and that kicking coffee taste. Their iced lattes are delicious and everything I enjoy in an iced latte. The inside is adorable and cozy and it’s a good place to get some work done, chat with friends, or even take a lunch break. (Yummy grilled cheese there)

Coffee, Atmosphere and Service were all great however the wifi was pretty much non-operational. Sorry I need a place to work outside of home and I can't always be relying on my mobile hotspot.

The matcha latte I ordered tasted vaguely like what it was supposed to be. A bit too milky and sweet (and a tad expensive), however the cute ambient atmosphere made up for it. The doodle corner was a personal favorite. Free wifi and a great place to watch my TV show to pass the time.

I had a wonderful experience at S3 Coffee Bar! The tasteful decor and cozy atmosphere really added to the ambiance and made for an enjoyable visit. The staff were incredibly courteous and always had a smile on their face, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
I did however experience issues with the wifi, which my browser labelled as "unsecured" and I could therefore not use it for work.
That being said, the prices were reasonable and the overall experience was great. I would highly recommend S3 to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee in a welcoming and affordable setting.

I want to like this place, they definitely invested in the build out, but then apparently there was nothing left in the operating budget for cleaning or making the wifi work. Food subpar, coffee decent. These are solvable problems, they seem like nice people.
